My Ambassador Application

Hi my name is Ajani and I am a year 5 student at Pt England school. My home teacher is Miss Muliaumasealii. I am Tongan and Maori. I think I should be an ambassador because I am a very responsible and reliable boy and I think I am the best person for the job. My favourite subject is Maths and Reading. I have struggled with writing but I also have improved on it every year. I’m also in Extension. I played Rugby and Rugby league for school and Varsity. I have four sisters and no brothers. School Athletics Day Writing (First Paragraph)

On Friday Pt England School had a school athletics day. Miss Muliaumasealii was taking the year 5 boys to the sports. We started of with the relays more than 50 meters each run. Miss Muliaumasealii split us into 4 groups I was in team 4 with Kosini, Leathem, Josh and me. First runner was Kosini the person at the first cone was Leatham at the second cone was Josh, I was the second runner. Miss M said get ready, get set, go. Kosini sprinted like a cheetah and gave the stick to Leatham and Leatham gave the stick to Josh. He sprinted back to Kosini and then Kosini gave it to me and I ran my best and gave the stick to Josh, Josh gave it to Leatham and he gave it to me. I was exhausted but I kept on running until the end. I was in the lead. And then we won the race! First place feels awesome!!!

My Christmas Writing

On Christmas 2014 I went to my Grandads house with my family. When we got there we found out that we were having a water fight. I was the wettest. I had a Nerf Water Gun, it was the best gun ever.

While we were having a water fight my dad got a paint bucket and filled it up with water and tipped all of it slowly over the top of my uncle’s head. Everyone was laughing.
After the water fight we had to go inside and open the presents. So we all had a shower and got changed. So first to open my present was me. My Grandad called “and the first presents go to Ajani.” I was the first one.

My present was a PS3, a Trampoline and games for my PS3 like Black ops ghost and WWE 2K15. After we opened our presents we had a big feed. We had Fish and Chips and Mc Donalds. After the feed we had a sleepover at my grandad’s  house. It was the best Christmas Ever. By Ajani Pakalani.

Term 4 Immersion Assembly

On Monday the 12th of October Pt England School had a Immersion Assembly for the start of Term 4. The Topic for Term 4 was P.E.S Survivors. There was a karaoke competition held by Mrs George. If you won you would get a prize but nobody knew what the prize was, but except Mrs George. The song for the karaoke competition was Roar by Katy Perry. The karaoke competition was won by Marika Balden King.

When Mr Burt  called Team 2 to do there item Ms Nalder introduced Barney The Dinosaur. When Barney came out Ms Nalder was picking people to shake hands with Barney and hug him. Ms Nalder picked 5 people Noah was one of them he gave Barney a huge hug.

Next Mr Burt called Team 3 for there item. Team 3 introduced there dinosaur names Mr Moran was called Mussel-O-Saurus, Mr Blakey was Man-O-Saurus, Ms King was Boss-O-Saurus, and Disco-Saurus. They played a movie, they danced to staying alive and at the end there was a huge explosion the made them become extinct.

After that Mr Burt called Team 4. Mr Goodwin introduced there movie when the movie started i saw Desmond, Venicia and Seini. They were in the green room and there were animals at the background.

My Holiday Recount

In the Holidays Me and my Family went to my Nana's house. When we got there we found out that we were going to the pools in Pakuranga. My family had a plan. While nobody was there we were going to have a swimming race. My mum wasn't playing but she was the person that says go.

When my mum said go my two sisters had a 5 second head start. After 5 seconds me and my dad started swimming fast, my sisters my dad and me was at halfway. My dad took the lead I was coming 2nd but then I caught up I was right next to him he pulled my arm back but I used him to help me go faster by kicking of him I took the lead and won I came 1st place, My dad came 2nd and my sisters came 3rd and 4th.  

Nesian Fusion Performance.

On Friday the 18th of September Nesian Fusion performed at Pt England School for a dress rehearsal, until they performed at Te Oro. They performed in the school hall while we were having Assembly. The whole school was watching Nesian Fusion perform. Rowana & Mele was leading the group, and teaching the group was Ms Muliaumasealii.

When they started performing I could see people in Nesian Fusion holding Ailao sticks. Then I heard Beau Monga King & Queen. When Beau Monga King & Queen finished it was Nyssa Collins singing “ Hey Now” in Samoan & English, when that song finished I heard Brazilian Drum Music. I saw Rowana & Mele in the front they must of been leading the group.

I saw Nesian Fusion spinning the Ailao sticks to the rhythm & really fast. They did cool tricks like spinning the Ailao under their legs and also around their bodies, they even spun the Ailao while they were lying down. I was impressed when they finished their performance. The message was “No To Fear & Never Give Up”
